Did a series of strength sessions with university team of 20. They were able to discuss ways they were using and underusing their strengths at work. They used this information to rearrange some of their work to fit team member strengths. It built awareness and encouraged individuals to develop their strengths vs. concentrate on their weaknesses.
Worked with a leader to rebuild her team that had been without leadership for a long time. We used the Emotional Bank Account to determine where team members were making deposits and withdrawals on the team trust account. This list was used to develop a list of team norm agreements - behaviors they agreed to follow to increase team effectiveness and satisfaction.
